Day 1- Arusha national park

After breakfast drive to Arusha National Park starting your adventure with small beautiful park in Northern part of Tanzania. Walking tour, experiencing with the wildlife in the park. Thereafter having your packed lunch then proceed with a game, visit the Momela lakes. Later in the afternoon drive to Hatari lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 2- Arusha/ Tarangire National Park

After breakfast commence safari and drive towards the north to Tarangire. Tarangire National Park is famous for its dense wildlife population, which is most spectacular on August since between June and September, the dry period, thousands of animals- wildebeest, buffalo, and Oryx migrate from the dry Maasai steeple to the Tarangire River looking for water. Lion, leopard and other predators follow the herds. After all the enjoyment of the park, drive to Ganako luxury lodge for diner and overnight. www.ganakoluxurylodge.com.

Day 3- Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park, also Lake Manyara National Park is well known for its tree-climbing lions. The park covers 390 km2 and is sanctuary to over 400 species of bird that include the pink flamingos, pelicans, storks, Ibis and Egyptian Geese. There is also a huge herd of buffalos and elephants.Spend the day game viewing and spot the tree climbing lions that inhabit this area.

Day 4- Drive to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast drive to Serengeti. On the way to Serengeti you will have a chance to see variety of vegetation growth from Rain forests to dry savanna plains and a complex configuration of life style from the primitive Maasai people to modern African communities (Maasai Bomas) Crossing the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Serengeti you will enjoy a beautiful view of the African wildlife, a combination of flora and fauna of the nature’s most spectacular attraction. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Katikati tented camp.

 

Serengeti National park is Tanzania's oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th world wide wonder, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson's gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle.

 

 

Day 5 – full day in Serengeti

You will spend the whole day doing game drives of the park and to be able to move about freely and quietly towards the northern Serengeti, the guide will be ready to show you another great dimension of African wildlife. They will explain everything on the way and update you with any possible news of the plains. In the evening you will drive for dinner and overnight at Serengeti Katikati tented camp. Day 6- Serengeti/Ngorongoro

Breakfast at the camp then you will have half day game drive at Serengeti national park. You’ll be having your lunch boxes with you for lunch. After lunch, you will continue with game drive and then later in the evening you will be taken to Ngorongoro conservation area. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro wildlife lodge. Day 7- Ngorongoro crater/Arusha Town.

Early breakfast then drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. With lunch boxes descend into the crater while enjoying the view of this masterpiece of Mother Nature from the crater rim. This oval shaped 300 sq. km in area and 610m deep crater is repository of Africa’s finest wildlife. All the big five are present, living a privileged existence on the crater floor. Have a game drive in the crater and late afternoon ascend back to the top then drive back to Arusha town.
